Artist statement
Harry my etching press produces many different sorts of print - etchings, drypoints and monotypes, which are my favourite for orchestrating colour.
I print my wood engravings on Fred, my 1876 Albion press, and I enjoy the challenge of switching between very large and very small work. Many of my monotypes derive from my sketchbooks of travels around the world
