Across Devon, artists and makers open their doors to showcase drawing, painting, sculpture, tapestry, ceramics, jewellery, glasswork and more. Open Studios is free to attend, and visitors are encouraged to support local creativity by buying directly from artists, whether a major artwork or a small, meaningful piece.
Participants range from emerging talent to established professionals, all keen to share their ideas, processes and inspiration. Many draw deeply on Devon’s natural world: its flora and fauna, coastlines and varied landscapes, making each studio visit a distinct and personal encounter with creativity.
