Artist statement
Mud is a visual artist and tattooist who uses paint, graphite, watercolour and ink to create atmospheric figurative works and abstracted Devon landscapes. He explores the relationship between art and tattoos and challenges the usual visual conventions of tattooing. A range of Mud's completed artworks and tattoo designs can be viewed at the gallery.
