Artist statement
Sylvia Hofflund: My inspiration comes from the colours, patterns, and forms found in nature. Everything changes over time and season and this process inspires both abstract and representational watercolours.
Gay Kent: Working in a spontaneous and intuitive way and allowing for serendipity and chance, I try to create a sense of mystery and uncertainty in my work. I am inspired by colour and pattern, still life and quiet interiors.
