Artist statement
Henrietta works in charcoal, graphite and oils. She develops work in her studio from the en plein air sketching made in the landscapes she works and lives in. Her practice focuses on experimenting with the use of oils, working simultaneously on pictures, action vs considered processes, recollection, memory & realtime experiences marrying together.
