Artist statement
Alison lives & works by the sea in the cute village of Shaldon. Her specialty is hand-built tea-light houses made from porcelain, where the house becomes translucent when light is placed inside, always with a seagull perched on the roof. She also makes large table lamp houses, candle vases, pots, dishes, trays, tea-light holders, hanging art & decorations.
